[oss] Assignment 1 (and 2) deadline

Hi,

some updates regarding the assignments.

Assignment 1 and Assignment 2 have been merged into one assignment.

The deadline is December 4th, 23:59 (UTC+02:00).

In the following days we will launch new tasks.

Each task will have 20/N points. Where **N+1** is the total number of
tasks. Which means that:
* all the tasks are graded equally and
* you can solve all of them except one and still get the maximum score

We will stop releasing new tasks one week before the deadline.
