Poti sa scrii atata timp cat ai date si ai Empty Transmitter Holding
Register setat in Line Status Register.

Received Data Available Interrupt trebuie sa fie enabled tot timpul nu
doar cand scrii de pe celalalt port deoarece in cazul general (transfer
intre 2 calculatoare diferite) nu ai cum sa stii cand celalalt a
inceput sa scrie.
