Nu poti sa faci asa pentru ca din handlerul de intrerupere nu ai voie
sa utilizezi KeReleaseSemaphore sau KeSetEvent deoarece rulezi la un
IRQL mai mare decat DISPATCH_LEVEL (vezi DDK).
