[oss] Assignment #3 - Encryption API Benchmark

Hi, everyone!

I've posted the 3rd assignment[1]. As discussed it will be one of using
multiple encryption libraries and benchmarking them.

I've created an initial assignment of algorithms. You are however free
to exchange them, provided you let me know of this.

Similar to the project, your assignment code will be open source and you
will use GitHub.
