[so2] Compilare tema 3 pe vmchecker

Salut,

Nu merge sa imi compilez tema 3 pe Windows pe vmchecker pentru ca imi
zice ca nu exista target-ul build-pre in makefile-ul de la tester (in
varianta oficiala de pe site, nu exista acel target in
nmakefile.checker).

Ce gresesc?
