[pso] header tcp, udp

In mod surprinzator tcp_hdr nu pare sa functioneze pentru mine.
Prin urmare eu folosesc :
struct tcphdr *tcpHdr = (struct tcphdr*)(skb->data + iph->ihl * 4 );

- poate ar trebui updatat si laboratorul
