[pso] [tema3] sincronizare access la CRC

daca am un biorequest nerezolvat pentru un anumit sector, poate sa-mi vina
un alt biorequest pentru acelasi sector? ma gandesc ca s-ar putea sa am un
race daca citirile/scrierile catre sectoarele si catre crc nu sunt efectuate
in ordine.
