[pso] [Tema3] Adaugare disc

/dev/hdc nu e o noua partite, e un nou disc IDE.

in principiu, trebuie sa creezi o partitie (fdisk si mkfs.ext3fs) si
sa o montezi (mount /dev/hdc1 /mnt_point).
