[pso] Ixia grants for graduation thesis

• TCP/IP networking – stack optimization, protocol implementation
• Operating systems – kernel optimization, scalability improvements

This year, we would like to offer grants and technical support to select students in the 5th year for their graduation thesis.

Requirements
• Students in the 5th year preparing the graduation thesis
• Networking knowledge – TCP/IP
• Linux programming – kernel, user-space
• Programming knowledge in C/C++
