1. Poti folosi GetProcessId daca te intereseaza asta
in user-mode. Daca e vorba de un driver, atunci
PsGetCurrentProcessId. Daca vrei altceva, si te
intereseaza cine a initiat un IRP, atunci poti folosi
IoGetRequestorProcessId.

2. Nu mai trebuie sa faci tu acquire/release.
