[so] [Tema2][Windows] Rulare checker

[Șendre Mihai-Alin]

Multumesc, am reusit. Nu pot totusi sa vad niciun output. Printf-urile din
codul sursa nu apar, output-ul de eroare din teste nu apare. Doar "failed",
ceea ce nu ma ajuta prea mult.. Rulez "make all" din cygwin si "nmake" din
PowerShell ca sa compilez codul sursa.
