Hi, everyone.

Scrum is currently one of the most popular software management methods
in IT development teams. However, that does not mean that it cannot be
effectively used in other domains. In fact it can be used wherever
people work on projects on a regular basis.

To really experience Scrum, it is important to deliver a product, work
together as a team, and experience several iterations. Therefore, the
workshop will be about building a city with Lego bricks. There will be
user stories, planning sessions, sprints, review sessions,
retrospectives, etc.

Then, all these concepts will be used on real software and how should
the management be properly done in a team!
