[so] [Tema1] Test 17

Testul 17 " Testing fscanf function" imi pica. Cand rulez local, in "in" am
"FAILED", iar in out am "SUCCESS".Cand rulez scriptul, in "test_17_ref" am
vazut ca este la fel, dar in "test_17_out" este "MAYBE" in out. De ce este
diferit fata de testul local?
