Salut!

Am primit un mesaj de la Bogdan Doinea referitor la un citat din Modern
Operating Systems:

"The UNIX system has a command, nice, which allows a user to
voluntarily reduce the priority of his process, in order to be nice to
the other users. Nobody ever uses it."

Va mai ofer si eu doua din Operating System Concepts:

"Certain options and features of a program may be used rarely. For

performs no useful function by itself". (Chapter 1 - Introduction)
