[so] Intrebari tema 1 SO

Am si eu cateva intrebari legate de tema 1 la SO :

1. Este permisa folosirea lui fprintf pentru afisarea la stderr (atat pe windows cat si pe linux) ?
2. Pe windows putem folosi #define  _CRT_SECURE_NO_DEPRECATE pentru a nu mai aparea warningurile datorate faptului ca strcat si strcpy sunt deprecated ?
3.Pentru schimbarea directorului in windows se poate folosi _chdir ?
