Stie cineva din discutiile anterioare daca pe windows pt notificarea
terminarii unei operatii trebuie sa folosim WaitForMultipleObjects obligatoriu
pt threaduri de tip b? sau e posibil si cu WaitForSIngleObject pt un semnal,
caci WaitForMO are limita de handles
