Intrucat la cele de tip se cere folosirea APC-urilor este obligatoriu sa folosesti una din functiile de asteptare alertabile (printre care si WaitForSingleObjectEx). Oricum, in acest caz vei folosi pt citire/scriere ReadFileEx/WriteFileEx (APC-ul este de tip FileIOCompletionRoutine)
