[oss] [CNS] Updated VM

Hello everyone,

It seems that, up until now, the link to the CNS VMs[1] hosted an older 
version of the
Kali VM. We've updated it now and added some extra info[2]. Please 
download the new version.
Don't forget to check its hash[3].
