[oss] DECAMP: Online Security Classes

Hi, everyone.

DECAMP [1] is an Erasmus Plus through which students can access for free
classes from partner universities.

The are are classes in security such as:
- Security of e-Health Systems - University POLITEHNICA Bucharest, Romania
- Wireless Network Security - University of Padua, Italy
- Applied Computer Forensics and Crime Investigation - University of South
Wales, UK
- Secure Network Management and Computer Networks - Munich University of
Applied Sciences, Germany
- Applied Web Application Security: Attacks and Defense - Metropolia
University of Applied Sciences, Finland
- Cloud Computing Security - University of Cantabria, Spain

You can access these classes through cs.curs.pub.ro. At this point these
are fully optional classes in UPB.

Classes in Italy and Finland start in October and you can apply by
October 9, 2017. You may also check the calendar[2] and use the site[3] to
apply and look for additional info.
