[oss] ECSC 2017: Romanian National Qualifiers CTF, June 30 - July 2, 2017

Hi, everyone.

ECSC (European Cyber Security Challenge)[1] is an European contest for
national teams composed of young security talents. Romania is now
underway creating this years team. Romania was #2 last year out of 10
teams.

The qualifiers will be on the 30th of June - 2nd of July 2017, as part
of a CTF[2]. We encourage you to take part in the CTF and then get
selected in the natioanal Romanian Team.
