[oss] No CNS lecture and labs on January 9-10, 2017

Hi, everyone!

As we've announced on the calendar page[1], lecture and labs will not
take place on January 9-10, 2017. Lecture 13 will take place on on
Monday, January 16, 2017. The last labs will take place like this:

* Lab 12: Monday, January 16, 2017, 4pm-6pm
* Lab 13: Tuesday, January 17, 2017, 4pm-6pm (new slot), 6pm-8pm, 8pm-10pm

We've postponed the deadline for Assignment 3 to Wednesday, January 18,
11pm.
