[oss] Assignment 2 deadline and submission requirements

Hi, everyone.

We remind you that the deadline for assignment 2[1] is Tuesday, the 5th
of January 2016, 23:00. For that you will have to submit a single README
file via the cs.curs.pub.ro interface[2] as told here[3]. We will
disable access to the virtual machine at 23:00.

Please be advised that if you found of loophole in the infrastructure,
that will not be graded. That's what the README file is for to let us
know your solution was indeed a valid one.
