Hi,

Participated with 3 other colleagues (non-SRIC) in CTF-USV (http://ctf.usv.ro/)
Result: First Prize

Description: CTF held by University Stefan cel Mare of Suceava
consisting of 2 rounds. For both the qualification and final round we
were presented with a vulnerable IP which led to different challenges
and had to find the hidden flags.
The challenges consisted of:
- cross site scripting attacks
- path traversal attacks
- stenography (flags hidden in images / audio files)
- *smart* brute-force (aka found constraints which limited the possibilities)
- privilege escalation (using setuid binary)
