[oss] Lecture test #2 taking place on the 9th of November, during lecture #6

Hi, everyone.

As I am away from the country, the 2nd lecture test will take place on
the 9th of November 2015, during lecture #6, as I've mentioned on the
wiki[1]. Lecture test #2 will consists of 4 questions from lecture #3
and lecture #4.

Lecture 5 will be presented by Adrian Furtună, on Monday, the 2nd of
November 2015.
