Hi, everyone.

I've added the new timeslot on the lab-split wiki page[1] and did a
preliminary spliting of those that chose the Tuesday, 20-22 timeslot.

We require 8 students to migrate from Monday, 20-22 to Tuesday,
20-22. Please do this in the following two days.
