* What we're looking for in short

People excited about building really
large-scale distributed systems for millions of users, familiar with
Internet protocols (e.g., HTTP, DNS, TCP, UDP, IP) and applications.

Problems we deal with on a day-to-day basis are scalability,
consistency, availability, DDoS mitigation, automated traffic
engineering, Internet weather and cartography, real-time data
dissemination, global data gathering, non-intrusive software deployment,
but also low-level issues such as optimizing disk utilization, network
configuration, caching algorithms, etc.
