[oss] [Assignment 1][Task 1] Signal sent repeatedly

Hi,

At the GDB task, I have a breakpoint immediately after printing the
normal hash in which I send the required signal. This works fine when
doing a live GDB session. However, when I put this into a script, the
signal is sent continuously and this results in an infinite toggle
loop, when mode goes from 1 to 2 and the other way round.

Any ideas why this might happen?
