[oss] Final exam details

Hi.

The CNS final exam will take place on Tuesday, the 4 of February 2014,
starting with 9AM, in room EG106 and room EG306. Check the wiki[1] to know
which room you will be in.

It will consists of two components:
* A quiz of 22 multiple choice questions for 20 minutes.
* A practical CTF-like test on paper for 40 minutes (we've extended the
initial announced duration of 30 minutes)

Each component is worh 1.25 points from the total grade.
