[oss] Clarification on review phase for first assignment

Hi!

I may have been unclear about what a review of a CTF task is.

The review is an evaluation of the CTF task: originality, difficulty,
learning experience. A review would also provide advice and suggestions
to the CTF task creator on improving the task or making it more
challenging or more insightful.

It will, of course, be highly subjective but has to point out that
you've analyzed and tried to solve the CTF task. If you've solved the
CTF task it would be fairly easy to review and evaluate it.

In case you need more time for the review, you may do it until Tuesday,
April 9, 2013.
